Real Estate
Our real estate attorneys assist investors, developers, owners, users and lenders, on a national, regional and local level, with a vast array of real estate and commercial transaction-related services in structuring, negotiating, documenting and completing significant real estate transactions. We are involved in all aspects of acquisition, development, ownership, management, leasing, construction and entitlement of real estate, including the purchase and sale of commercial real estate, land development issues, leasing, all landlord-tenant matters, mortgage lending, commercial financing and eminent domain/condemnation. We also establish entities for the ownership, operation, development and management of commercial real estate, including joint ventures, general partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations, and often work with our tax attorneys in doing so. Our attorneys are also actively involved with construction projects, including negotiating and drafting construction and architectural services agreements. Additionally, some of our real estate attorneys have expertise in dealing with a variety of governmental land use matters such as entitlements including zoning, subdivision and other land use issues, and development incentives.
