Prior to practicing law, Seth worked in sales and marketing for Crossbow Technology, Inc. as its sixth employee and as an engineer for Chevron U.S.A. Production Company. Seth is a graduate of St. Stephen's Episcopal School in Austin, Texas and was a member of the University of California men's swim team in 1990-91. He is married and has two children.

Seth represents emerging growth companies in intellectual property and corporate matters. He is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and advises clients on patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret law. He also counsels clients in general business and contract matters including transactions involving licensing, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, and technology transfers.
