Scott concentrates his practice on general corporate and transactional matters, representing individuals, business entities and financial institutions as clients. He has represented clients in merger and acquisition transactions, lending transactions, securities laws offerings (public and private) and compliance matters, and real estate transactions, as well as outsourcing, joint venture, strategic alliance and general contracting matters. He has also counseled many clients with respect to the formation and governance of partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies and joint ventures.
