Practice Areas:
Robert concentrates his practice on finance and real estate transactions. He has represented individual, financial institution and corporate clients in the acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, ground leasing and financing of commercial real property, including single family, multi-family and mixed-use developments, office buildings, retail shopping centers and raw land. He has also represented numerous clients in the formation of corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and joint ventures, and has extensive experience in single family residential lending and mortgage banking transactions. Robert is a frequent speaker on real estate transactions to a variety of audiences, including real estate brokers, title companies, and financial lending institutions, and is the author of an integrated computer system for preparation of single family residential loan documents.
