Patricia focuses her practice on real estate transactions, both commercial and residential.  She has a title insurance background and has worked with sellers, buyers and lenders in purchase and sale transactions of properties, including hospitals, apartment complexes, office buildings and shopping centers.  Her experience also includes representing lenders in loan documentation and providing legal counsel to corporate and individual clients on issues such as partnership agreements, loan documentation, commercial real estate transactions, contract and lease negotiations.
