Significant jury trial experience as an Assistant District Attorney prosecuting felony crimes in district court, including crimes against the person as well as financial and other crimes of deception.

Experience in defending professional malpractice cases, including representation of "Big Four" accounting firm in federal court, representation of television station in defamation case after reports that a doctor had euthanized a patient and representation of law firm accused of mishandling intellectual property-rights trial.

Experience in breach of contract and fraud cases, including representation of Fortune 200 technology company in multi-state class action involving claims of fraud and conspiracy, representation of industrial property owners after high-tech tenant abandoned property, representation of waste management company in claim related to breach of contract and tortious interference with waste disposal contracts and representation of several multi-property owners in rental and other disputes.

Experience in personal injury cases, including representation of several elderly care facilities in claims related to employee injuries and representation of companies in mass-tort, multi-plaintiff and multi-district tort claims.

Additional experience in federal court as lead attorney in pro bono cases including successful prosecution of two political asylum cases in federal immigration court, federal civil rights case tried to a jury after defeating claim of official immunity, international child abduction case brought under Hague Convention and federal criminal cases involving bank robbery, weapons and other charges.
