Mario focuses his practice on estate planning and estate administration where he advises his clients on methods and strategies to preserve their estates and ensure their testamentary wishes are realized.   As an associate, Mario has garnered experience with nonprofits, corporate transactions, litigation, and real estate matters. He has professional experience in land use, zoning and community development issues.  As a Senior Planner with the City of Austin and the City of Dallas, he facilitated the planning and redevelopment of various neighborhoods on a regional scale, helped neighborhood associations develop blue prints for future growth and reviewed zoning and site plan applications.  Mario also volunteers with numerous community organizations where he sits on various boards and serves in multiple capacities.  He is certified in Alternative Dispute Resolution and is fluent in Spanish.
