Mario focuses his practice on real estate transactions and municipal land use law.  He has professional experience in land use, zoning and community development issues.  As a Senior Planner with the City of Austin and the City of Dallas, he facilitated the planning and redevelopment of various neighborhoods by helping neighborhood associations develop blue prints for future growth and by reviewing zoning and site plan applications.  His real estate experience includes residential and commercial real estate transactions, and working with neighborhood associations and commercial loan transactions.
