Kim focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions and related entity formation.  She has represented sellers and buyers in portfolio purchase and sale transactions of properties, including apartment complexes, office buildings and shopping centers.  Her practice has also included representing a restaurant chain in real estate acquisitions for franchise expansion.  Kim advises lenders and borrowers in loan transactions and negotiates and documents commercial leases (including office, industrial and retail) from both the landlord and tenant perspectives.
