Coti focuses her practice on numerous aspects of trademark and copyright law. She has experience in assisting clients with the establishment and protection of their valuable intellectual property rights, management of intellectual property portfolios, evaluation and screening of potential trademarks, prosecution, maintenance and enforcement of domestic and foreign trademarks, registering and enforcing copyrights, counseling clients on proper trademark usage and related issues, and the negotiation, transfer and licensing of intellectual property rights.

Coti’s practice also includes general corporate matters, including entity formation and corporate governance.

Coti also has experience as in-house counsel for a leading intellectual property management and licensing company, where she assisted with the management of the intellectual property rights for entertainment legends such as Marilyn Monroe, James Dean and Buddy Holly. As in-house counsel, Coti gained significant experience handling the unauthorized use of clients' intellectual property as well as negotiating various license agreements.
